The Overview
Hollywood Bets approached us with the task of launching their new athletes through fresh, unique concepts, often revolving around athlete launches.
These briefs typically come with very tight deadlines, and the videos are usually launched at a live event, where the athlete walks out after the video is played.
In addition to the live event video, we also create social media clips for maximum reach.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge with these videos is the extremely short turnaround time. More often than not, we only find out the week of the event that we need to make the video, which puts a lot of pressure on the entire production process. The rush makes planning and shooting incredibly stressful, especially since we dedicate significant time and energy to ensuring the shoot is top-notch. This makes post-production even more crucial, and the pressure to deliver high-quality content within such a short time frame can be intense.
The Solution
To manage the stress and pressure of these last-minute briefs, we focused on being as efficient as possible. Careful planning was key to success. We created a detailed shot list, ensuring that everyone on the team was aligned on what needed to be captured and when.
